Another one of my friends recently had a fashion emergency. She wondered what she should wear for her 19th birthday party out on the town. This is kinda cool, because for any birthday, you can kind of have fun with it. I would go with outerware innerware. By this I mean cute lingerie-like tank tops. Pair it with a cute black pencil skirt and towering heels. My favorite are these gray ankle boots. Also, add unique jewelry to add a bit of sparkle to the ensemble.
